Real Bellezza relies in the truthfulness; reliability and integrity of the data and information sent by the patient for the surgeon’s procedure evaluation and pricing. Any discrepancy with actual patient’s condition will be exclusively the responsibility of such and may cancel or alter the surgery procedure and/or pricing once in Peru.
The patient declares and accepts to be physically fit and in adequate health condition to be subject to the surgery procedure.
Real Bellezza does not assume any responsibility or liability regarding reliability of any data, laboratory test, x-rays, pre-existing medical conditions and/or related information provided by the patient.
• Airport pick-up and drop-off
• Transportation & bi-lingual personal assistance during all consultations and procedures
• Pre-surgical exams
• The surgery and other related expenses
• Post surgery medication.
The final estimate price given for the procedure(s) is valid for only six months after the given date and may be re-adjusted if once in Peru, the surgeon does a personal evaluation and finds patient’s actual condition is different from what was presented previously.
If there is a cancellation before arriving to Peru, Real Bellezza will re-schedule or cancel surgery procedure without a problem. However, the Patient will be fully responsible for doing any changes or cancellation of the air tickets, hotel accommodations and/or other arrangements made including tours. If once in Peru the patient is not fit for the scheduled surgery procedure, then the patient is responsible for any and all of his/her expenses or inconvenience resulting of such. Real Bellezza will not assume responsibility at all for any loss in such case.
Real Bellezza does not provide financing. All transactions should be completed with cash or major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard). Acceptance of any other credit card should be consulted with our representative prior arrival to Peru.
Payment should be made in full once Patient has been examined by the professional in Peru and before the surgery procedure.
The patient is required to sign a consent form stating the patient has given the surgeon all relevant medical information accurately and also acknowledging and complete understanding of the information given by the surgeon about the patient’s condition and the recommended surgical or medical procedure(s) to be used, that the patient agrees to proceed with the surgical or medical procedure(s) at their own free will, and that the patient understands the surgeon will do their best to achieve the desired results but that no guarantees or promises have been made concerning the results of any procedure or treatment.
United States law does not protect US citizens who have medical procedures done abroad.
Real Bellezza recommends the Patient to remain in Peru at least one week after the surgery for proper recovery purposes. Any departure sooner than this recommended duration is completely under the Patient’s own risk and responsibility.
If complications arise that will require additional interventions or extended hospitalization, any additional cost will be established by Real Bellezza and paid by Patient.
Real Bellezza shall not be held responsible for any medical situation that may occur to the Patient because he/she failed to follow medical advice and/or instructions.
Having cosmetic surgery is a very important decision to make. We recommend that the patient be completely comfortable with the decision to have any surgery done overseas. If the patient is not comfortable with this decision, we would recommend having surgery from a local surgeon.
